Yoga, for me, is not an asana.
The movement on the mat is a sacred doorway — a dance between breath and awareness. Through each posture, I am shaped not only in body, but in spirit.
It builds resilience, cultivates strength, awakens discipline, and softens what no longer serves. It dissolves old beliefs, unravels limiting patterns, and peels away the layers that veil the essence of who I am.
In every breath, yoga becomes a remembering —
a return to the core of my being,
to the still flame of the soul,
to the pure essence beneath all doing.
Yoga is not something I practice; it is something I live.
It moves through the way I walk, speak, rest, love, and evolve.
It is the art of being present — of meeting life with openness, grace, and surrender.
The Path of Awareness
The ancient map of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs illuminates this inner journey:
Yama – the integrity of our actions toward others.
Niyama – the devotion to self-discipline, purity, and inner harmony.
Asana – the alignment of body and mind as a vessel for consciousness.
Pranayama – the sacred rhythm of breath connecting body and spirit.
Pratyahara – the turning inward, where silence begins to speak.
Dharana – the gathering of the mind into one steady point.
Dhyana – meditation, where awareness deepens and separation dissolves.
Samadhi – the union with the infinite, where only presence remains.
While I honor each step of this path, my heart is drawn to Tantra — specifically, White Tantra, the path of self-discovery and inner light.
Tantra teaches that the divine is not found in escape from the world, but in the full embrace of life itself — in breath, touch, sound, and stillness.
For me, Tantra is the poetry of existence,
a remembrance that every moment holds the pulse of the sacred.
What Is White Tantra?
White Tantra is a path of spiritual self-discovery and purification.
It is part of the broader Tantric tradition, which is often misunderstood in the West. While “Tantra” can evoke associations with sexuality due to its later interpretations (particularly Red Tantra), White Tantra focuses on inner union, consciousness, and energy alignment.
It is about the union of the individual self (Shiva/Shakti within) — the balance of masculine and feminine energies, action and stillness, light and shadow — that leads to expanded awareness and spiritual evolution.
Rather than seeking transcendence by rejecting the world, White Tantra invites you to find the divine within life itself — within the body, breath, emotion, sound, and silence.
The Essence of Practice
In White Tantra, practices are designed to purify the energy channels (nadis), awaken higher consciousness, and dissolve energetic blockages that cloud perception.
It often includes:
Breathwork (Pranayama) – to refine life force (prana).
Mantra and sound vibration – to elevate consciousness.
Meditation and visualization – to expand awareness beyond the mind.
Mudras and bandhas – to direct and contain subtle energy.
Partner or group practices – not for sensuality, but for mirroring consciousness and dissolving ego through sacred presence.
The experience can be profoundly cleansing, centering, and awakening — bringing the practitioner into deep alignment with their soul essence.
White Tantra vs. Red & Black Tantra
Tantra as a philosophy recognizes all aspects of existence — light and dark, sacred and mundane — as divine. Over time, it developed into different streams:
White Tantra – focuses on purification, spiritual awareness, and union with the Divine. It is the “path of light,” emphasizing discipline, meditation, and energy refinement.
Red Tantra – focuses on union through love, sexuality, and sacred relationship. It teaches presence and expansion through embodied experience.
Black Tantra – deals with manipulation of energy for power or control, which is not aligned with the path of consciousness or love.
Radka's path — rooted in self-awareness, purity, and transformation through consciousness — beautifully resonates with the White Tantra current. It mirrors her essence: gentle yet powerful, deeply connected to truth and evolution.
In Simplicity
White Tantra is the art of dissolving separation — within yourself and with life.
It’s not about becoming something new; it’s about remembering what you already are:
pure, radiant, divine awareness.
White Tantra – The Path of Inner Light
White Tantra is the art of remembering who you are.
It is a path of purification, presence, and conscious awakening, guiding you to dissolve what no longer serves and reconnect with the essence of your soul.
Through breath, meditation, mantra, and subtle energy work, White Tantra awakens the inner light within — harmonizing mind, body, and spirit.
It is not about seeking something outside yourself; it is about returning home to the truth within.
This is a path of inner alchemy, where the layers of ego, fear, and limitation are gently lifted, revealing the pure, radiant consciousness that has always been your nature.
White Tantra teaches that the sacred is not somewhere “out there,” but alive in every breath, every movement, every heartbeat.
It is a journey of self-discovery, presence, and transformation — a practice of living in alignment with your soul, fully and fearlessly.
Living Yoga
Yoga is the silent revolution that begins within.
It is not about touching your toes — it is about touching your soul.
It is the art of returning home — to truth, to love, to the infinite rhythm of life itself.
It is a way of being, present in every choice, every breath, every step of your journey.
I do train every single day, but I do not teach the usual asana classes you’ll find at your local studio or on a typical retreat. When it comes to yoga, what I teach is being — being present, real, raw, honest, open, vulnerable, and authentic.
I do not offer surface-level practice. I guide you on a deep and profound journey of self-discovery, where you meet your shadows, your fears, your inner demons — and face them, until you encounter your true, raw self, your pure essence.
This journey is not for everyone. It is for those who have the courage to embark on the path to self-discovery. From all the challenges I’ve faced in life, facing myself was the hardest. It is not easy, nor quick or comfortable — but it is undeniably worthy.
Radka is creating tailor made programs based on the individual, group or team needs and desired outcome.
Step onto this path only if you are ready to meet yourself — in all your light, shadow, and essence — and discover the depth of your own being.
"Dedicated student"
"We have known Radka since 2020 now. Her dedication to learning, extremely high even in the first TTC (teacher training course) that she did with us. A keen learner and observer, we always had a hunch that she would definitely carve a way for herself in this field and spread her knowledge further.
As she continued to join other courses with us, we were able to witness the kind of group discussions that was initiated by her which showed her evolvement and growth.
Her knowledge about yoga, especially Kundalini and Tantra, is quite deep and anyone getting a chance to experience or study or practice this knowledge with her will be in good hands for sure!
We highly recommend.

"Yoga opens up a new mindset"
"Yoga with Ms Hubenova for me is more than what some people may think it is. It opens up a new mindset. Yoga is like a way of looking forward. It helps me see what I need to change and what I need to do differently. It helps me focus more even during conversations. It helps me to relax."

"Yoga calms me down"
"When I am in yoga I feel calmer and more collected with my mind. Even though I fall asleep in the lessons but it relaxes me to put me to sleep. Also, it makes me think over of what I have done in certain situations. It really helps with my state of mind and I feel better when leaving."
