My own path hasn’t been linear or easy. I’ve walked through reinvention multiple times — not by choice, but by necessity. Originally from Bulgaria, I moved to the UK in 2008 with nothing but a dream, a relentless drive, and a calling to serve.

What began as a career in beauty and holistic therapy evolved into something much bigger. Today, with over 100+ certifications across coaching, wellness, education, energy work, yoga, and business — I’ve become known for one thing: illuminating others path make the Switch — from inner chaos to calm, from burnout to brilliance, from survival to true Self-expression.

But transformation isn’t just a method for me. It’s a lifestyle I’ve lived.

As a mother to two extraordinary sons with additional needs, I’ve mastered the art of creating harmony in complexity. I understand pressure, responsibility, and the invisible weight high achievers carry. And I also understand how to release it — strategically, soulfully, and sustainably.
