The Path Of One
Beyond Religion: The Path Of One
The Question
Dear reader,
While exploring the Manipura Chakra, I got stuck in the real fire of my life. My car broke down, my mother-in-law passed away, I started a new full-time job (mission based), and my business seemed to pick up at the same time. Easter Lent arrived, and I was so eager to begin that I actually started a week in advance :-). This is what life is all about, isn’t it?
In this article, I will reflect deeply on life and its flow. Let’s start, shall we?
I am currently doing research connected with the SWITCH program. It is going to be something truly special, as it aims to create a worldwide ripple effect. Humanity as a whole can benefit—by increasing consciousness and learning how to shift from stress into calm, peace, and clarity.

I kept asking myself one question:
What is the biggest struggle of humanity?
I felt I already knew the answer, but I decided to research what AI and Google would reveal. Why are people so stressed? Why is there so much pain in human souls? Why do we struggle to break old habits and replace them with new ones? How can we shift the mind and change perspective so we can see more clearly? What is the solution? Is it one single answer, or a set of tools—techniques, food, clothing, nature, or something else entirely?
Here is what Google offered as an answer:
“Based on various philosophical, social, and psychological perspectives, the number one struggle of humanity is often identified as the inability to handle disagreement, difference, and conflict without resorting to destruction, division, and violence.”
I will simplify this for you.
It is the inability to accept—or, in other words, the inability to see a situation from another angle.
From here, I will share my own perspective, rooted in personal experience. We will look at religion, beliefs, and the path of life that leads to liberation.
I am Christian Orthodox by religion. My family, however, is not very religious. We don’t regularly visit churches, but we do visit monasteries. My father was raised by Evangelist and atheist parents. He believes in God, but not in the institution of the church or in priests. He taught me that I can pray anywhere, at any time, and that my prayers will be heard. Intention matters more than anything else.
My mother is not religious either. She was raised in a Christian Orthodox family, and they baptized my sister and me secretly when I was eight years old. At that time, there was pressure between the church and the government in my country—or at least, that is how it was explained to me. Although I was baptized, I never strictly followed religious rules, nor was I introduced to religion through structure or obligation. My spirit grew in freedom.
My father taught me that whatever I set my mind on, I could achieve. I simply had to focus and believe, and it would come into fruition. And so it did. I have experienced many successes in my lifetime—from being a top student, to moving abroad, buying a house, growing a family, and running several businesses over the years. I was always self-motivated, guided by my inner fire.
My life, however, was not smooth. Because of my passion and wild spirit, I faced many hurdles and setbacks. During the first 36 years of my life, I was sensitive and emotionally intense. Still, my inner fire, courage, and curiosity kept me moving forward.
Then yoga and coaching entered my life—both at the same time. That was when I truly stopped and looked inward, not just reflecting, but understanding my reflections. Many people see me as an extrovert, yet I carry a deep introvert within me—one who analyses, observes, and reflects profoundly. This inner observer has been my greatest teacher.
I, too, struggled with disagreement, difference, and conflict. The results were destruction (towards myself, others, or the environment), division (withdrawal or emotional outbursts), and even forms of inner violence. These patterns appear in different degrees across individuals, cultures, communities, and religions—but they do appear.
The Solution
Through studying yoga, coaching, and shamanism, I began to see common threads. I believe that coaching, psychology, and many emotional and mental therapies stem from Tantra and Shamanism. NLP, Timeline Coaching, and therapeutic practices are deeply rooted in yogic philosophy and are built upon meditation, somatic awareness, and breathwork.

One of the greatest qualities I learned was the ability to accept—and to forgive, including forgiving myself. This, I found, was the hardest lesson of all. From this understanding, On the Path of Life with R.A.D.K.A. was born.
As I went deeper—studying with Buddhist monks, Tao masters, and various traditions—I realised something fundamental: every soul walks a unique path toward liberation through the human experience. Each of us exists at a different stage of consciousness, perceiving both inner and outer worlds through different lenses and senses. We all carry unique skills that are already within us, simply waiting to be activated.
Regardless of culture, religion, skin colour, or language, the aim is the same: liberation, inner equilibrium, and peace. As within, so without. As below, so above.
This led me to the realisation that each person’s name carries a code—a soul mission that only the bearer of that name can decode. My name is Radka, and my mission is to help others reflect, become aware, accept, act, and believe that they themselves are the key to inner and outer alignment. This is a process—a space where we explore what has shaped us, awaken dormant tools within us, and learn how to move forward consciously.
Even as I help others, I continue to work deeply on myself and my own inner mechanisms.
Although my parents were not strict in religious practice, I was spiritually guided from a young age. I prayed every evening before bed. I had a prayer pinned inside my wardrobe, and I would kneel to pray. Before that, I always washed—my hands, arms, face, ears, and feet. I never went to bed without cleansing my body. It felt wrong to bring the dirt of the day into my sheets.
After graduating as a yoga teacher in 2020, I decided to observe Lent for the first time in 2021. It was challenging. Looking back, I realise I ate far more unhealthy food then than when I had no restrictions at all. Only now—five years later—did I discover that the first and last weeks of Lent are traditionally stricter, closer to raw vegan eating. It took me five years to realise I was never meant to be “perfect.”
Lent and fasting are not about food restriction. They go much deeper. They teach detachment, forgiveness, acceptance, purification of body, emotions, mind, and spirit. They strengthen focus and willpower, guiding us toward freedom. Isn’t this the teaching of every religion? Isn’t liberation the ultimate goal we are all seeking?
I am going to share with you my way of doing lent. I am not sure if it is right or wrong. Every year Easter is on a different date. This year it is going to be on the 12th of April 2026. So we officially started the lent on the 23rd of February. On the 22nd was Cheese Lenten Day. This is a day where we stop eating everything from the animal world. From this day until Easter we are allowed to eat only fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, spices and herbs. This day is very important as we call our parents, God parents and our friends and family and we ask for forgiveness. We do ask ourself for forgiveness as well and we do give forgiveness to everyone. This is important so we can go easy on our lent and clean not only the body but the spirit as well. We stop consuming meat a week before this. I believe this is done to be more easy and light on the body. I stopped eating meat two weeks before hand. I allowed myself only fish one of the days. Fish can be eaten on certain days during the lent.
The first and last week of the lent is not allowed any oil but you can eat pretty much raw food or boiled food. For the rest of the period my research showed me that I can eat no oil during the week as Monday, Wednesday and Friday are to be like raw eating, water and herbal teas and Tuesday and Thursday we can eat boiled or baked food but no oil and during the weekend we can use oil to fry, bake or in salads. Alcohol is not allowed except red wine on certain days as it is connected with the blood of Jesus. Sex is advisable to be limited. If one partner is super active and the other is not it is good still to have some sexual activity so the super active one not to go into sin. I suppose we have to say and read a prayer everyday as well. Here is the prayer that I used to say as a child:

'The Lord's Prayer
Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name;
Thy Kingdom come; Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from Evil.'
Recently I read how each prayer in each religion has direct connection to our Chakra centers. I will share the connection of this prayer with you and I can confirm that there is the same prayer in yoga that is connected with our chakra centers to lead us to connection with the Supreme Consciousness. I know that the aim of each prayer in each religion is that - to help us liberate and be complete/whole/connected with self and the Supreme Consciousness. Does not matter the religion or the absence of it. You choose the path. The aim is always the same and you will walk it one way or another. Here is an article I stumbled upon on the internet, that I translated for you from Bulgarian language.
'OUR FATHER
is the only prayer
that is “CREATED” by a being
of such a high spiritual order
that it is recognized by all cultures on Earth as a Great Teacher,
a God-Man, and a Christianized Being.
Called Jeshua ben Pandara,
he is better known as Jesus of Nazareth.
It is no coincidence that this prayer consists of 7 affirmations, decrees, or mantras.
The number 7 symbolizes the perfection of the individual soul. We can also connect each of these phrases with the biopsych-energetic characteristics of the 7 chakras, the centers of energetic consciousness that form the foundation of Inner Evolution.
Connecting the Our Father with the 7 centers of consciousness allows us to connect with the field of energetic consciousness generated by millions of people who have prayed this prayer for over 2,000 years.
Once we understand the meaning of this prayer, we stop believing and begin to feel.
Each of these 7 sentences has the power to produce transformations within our personality.

The phrases of the Our Father correspond to our 7 chakras, starting from the top and moving downward.
1. OUR FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN
This phrase activates our crown chakra, from which the thousands of lights of our Divinity radiate.
Through this phrase, we allow spiritual energy to enter our body and distribute itself to the other energy centers (chakras).
2. HALLOWED BE THY NAME
At the center of our forehead, this phrase activates the third eye center. Our divine seal, the unspeakable light, bursts forth from our forehead.
Opening the third eye gives us vision, depth, and access to unknown dimensions.
3. THY KINGDOM COME
This phrase activates the throat (speech) chakra, located in the center of the throat, so that through speech we become creators of all that is elevated, because the word exists only to transmit goodness.
4. THY WILL BE DONE, ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN
This phrase activates our heart center.
The will of the heart begins to guide the mind, so that love, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness may govern us.
5. GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD
The energetic power of this phrase activates the chakra that nourishes our solar plexus, increasing self-esteem, confidence, and personal power.
6. AND FORGIVE US OUR DEBTS, AS WE FORGIVE OUR DEBTORS
Our mistakes, resentment, anger, and envy are emitted from this plexus.
Activating this chakra allows us to forgive our brothers for their offenses against us, with the understanding that everyone does the best they can.
Forgiveness with understanding is like water that cleanses all the dirt and impurity within ourselves.
7. AND LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION, BUT DELIVER US FROM ALL EVIL
Activating this chakra protects us from falling into temptation, unless we desire or seek it (free will).
Temptations come to us from the root chakra, located below the genitals, where everything earthly resides.
By opening this chakra, we remove our fears and insecurities.
We also activate our sexuality as creative energy.
The prayer Our Father has 7 requests, and each is dedicated to the development, purification, and awakening of a specific center in our body (the I AM Temple).
This prayer contains sacred and powerful words that we must know how to use—how to think, meditate upon, and pronounce with the full purity of our intentions.
Not merely to repeat it like a robot, but to penetrate its deep meaning.
Our Father is a help in building the bridge between the human being and the inner God.

If we are to peak into Hinduism and more specifically into Shivaism we will see the same pattern and meaning and aim. You can see the Shiva Mantra on the picture. I am sure that each prayer in Islam, Buddhism, Sufism and any other religion in the world aim to bring UNITY and Liberation. The main aim is suffering to disappear and peace to be upon the soul. Each prayer across the different religions has hidden, deeper meaning. But all lead to the path of One!
Summary

To summaize I want to take you on a reflection. Many of us see the different religions as different, unique and they to be and carry the only truth and path - to be the only one. Wars have been starting and are still starting based on the only possible 'outcome/solution/religion/opinion' call it as you wish. Marriages and relationships are broken, kids are getting abandoned and hurt. But, Isn't it actually the same thing all we are aiming for???
What if you step out and see, recognise and accept that the aim is the same but the path and the experience through it is slightly different? What if we look deeply into it but through the lens of an eagle, from far above?
I can ask a few more questions but I prefer to stop here. It is time for you to make the thinking and connect the dots. I hope you to see the bigger picture. Everything that we have are tools presented in a different manner to suit our different senses and levels of experiences and consciousness. From the different religions, foods, cloths, skin colours, different landscapes, to the different available tools like yoga, coaching, therapies, education, universal laws, etc. Tantra recognise all and has given us all the ocean of tools so we can achieve that so desired Freedom.
