The Miraculous Healing

Three Nights - From Breakdown To Alignment: When The Body Listens & The Soul Leads

The First Night

In my previous article I told you about the conversation with God. During the first night we had a chat between two breaths. I did not told you the whole conversation as it is going to be more detailed into the book. He said that I am having a TEST and it is not a time for me to go up. Actually it is a time for me to start serving in a bigger scale and as I am not listening and leaning more on doubt and fear I am going to be tested. The test is not for anyone else. It is for me - to prove myself through embodied experience that the knowledge I have works. After God left I understood that it is on me and about me. I realized that I have to act:

oil candle in an orange peel

A - ction

C - hanges

T - hings

The first technique is the realization. It comes through deep reflection.

The second is the awareness and the acceptance that something is as it is.

The third is an action - do & believe. Act upon it and believe it will work and it will!

The fourth is the knowledge upon one will act. We can do only what we are aware of and has skills on. The key for our greatness and potential is within us. Once we act we will unlock it.

The fifth is the alignment. It appears on its own after we go through the previous 4 steps.

Did you got the blueprint - R.A.D.K.A - I am the answer. Before I share the techniques I used on my healing journey, I invite you to write down your name on a sheet of paper in front of you and reflect deeply on each letter and your entire life; and you will see the pattern - the blueprint. It holds everything you need and are. You choose that name. Don't you remember? Your soul do! I am starting the journey to the self this year through some amazing pre-recorded courses and the membership. Come and join me. Let's explore it together.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

After I realized that I am facing myself I started to go through all of the techniques I have learned and remembered in this lifetime. I realized they are a lot - tones and tones... so many. In one moment my mind think that doesn't know anything and I am not enough. I am doubtful and scared and in the other moment my mind is screaming that I possess so much knowledge that I am not sure which one to use now when I need it the most.

The first one that I considered was a technique I came along during my self-exploration around 2015-2016. In later years I was shocked that this technique is taught by a Russian institute, named some 'Matrix dot connection' or similar. And in later years I found out that this technique is an ancient technique and is one of the 112 Tantra techniques. This freaked me out as I realized that once I meditate I connect to a higher 'Well' (I call it a well) of Consciousness that contains all the Cosmic information and knowledge and one can get anything necessary when needed from there, including ideas, healing techniques, new technology and everything that one can and cannot even imagine. It is a space beyond human comprehension so vast and unlimited. And for those who think that I am referring to the Akashic records, I am not. The Akashic Records are a small part of that Well of Consciousness.

The technique is to connect internally through feeling and intention the unhealthy/painful part (that is smaller) with the healthy part (that is bigger). But the pain was so intense that I couldn't feel a healthy part at that moment. So I decided to avoid this technique as I can mess things up. Very Radka style - to mess things up :-))).

Then I asked myself if to 'switch' off all my sensations and feelings. That freaked me out as I realized at that very moment that I know how to do it. But then a question arose. 'Am I ready to loose all human feelings good and bad and become just a walking body? Do I really want that? Am I not here to experience the full human range of feelings, emotions and sensation? If so, why should I cut them off?'. So, this variation wasn't acceptable either. And then I went deeper... and ask myself what is the most powerful feeling of all.?! What is God testing me on???

Radka in Namaste

❤️ LOVE ❤️

And GRATITUDE ❤️.

So, after the deeper reflection I accepted the pain and turned towards it and GOD.

'Thank you, God 🙏! Thank you for sending me this pain. Thank you pain for existing. Thank you for the ability to be able to feel! Thank you, Radka for feeling it and holding it! I love you God! I love you Pain! I love you Radka!' - first I thought it and said it and then I really FELT the love and the gratitude with all my body, soul and being. This was the strongest technique ever as I could feel instant relief. I could see and feel with closed eyes how I my center was glowing and beaming light from the core out and this was repelling the pain. At one moment I was feeling free of everything and just 'be'. A magical experience. Then I brought back my attention and intention to the body and the pain was still there, but more bearable. And I decided to try So-Hum ('So' is That and 'Hum' is I am, hence So-Hum = That I am). Another Tantra technique. I have practiced it during the first Tantra course and me and Sheree have played with it, chanting it on YouTube. Here is the link with explanation of the technique and its practice:

So-Hum Tutorial

You can either inhale on the So and exhale on Hum or vise versa. Start with your own flow and see how it works for you. Go with the flow and see where it will take you to. Just chant with pure intention and focus on the So-Hum. I like to exhale on Hum as it can be long and humming. The vibration of the hum helped me to relax. This lead me to the next technique that I use the most with Dr. Alberto Villoldo, the Shaman. We always practice this breath before we journey with him. It is inhale 4 and exhale 6. You can combine it with the So-Hum and count. I tried inhale 4 and exhale 6, then I increased to inhale 4 and exhale 8. The next breath I tried is the one that is used in the Navy and Army - the square breath. I tried 4 in x 4 hold x 4 out x 4 hold and repeat. Then I increased it to 6x6x6x6 and then to 8x8x8x8. One should be experienced with breath to increase it to more than 6. I was just looking for my rhythm and capacity, while tuning with the vibe of the body and trying to balance the pain and the absence of it. Looking for the sweet spot, hey! Eventually I fall asleep that night while breathing and humming.

The Second Night

Chakra picture

The second night I struggled to find a place on the bed and in my body while laying down, what about falling asleep. I started with the breaths and then decided to try some of the Chakra frequencies I taught on the masterclass with Gaia. I found a lot on YouTube and started trying them one by one to see which one of mine is the one that needs balancing. The masterclass was in Bulgarian language. I have it recorded. I have one created in English as well. I will make the English version available soon on the website. I prepared the material based on research and I found very interesting blog, specifically on the frequencies. Once I find it in my notes I will add the link on here so you can read it too. By then, here is a little information about the chakras and their frequencies:

The concept of chakra frequencies comes from sound healing and meditation practices, where specific Hz tones (often from the ancient Solfeggio scale) align with the seven major chakras to promote balance and healing. Chakras themselves are a spiritual concept from yogic traditions:

  • Root Chakra (Muladhara) — Base of spine, red color: 396 Hz (grounding, releasing fear/guilt)

  • Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) — Lower abdomen, orange: 417 Hz (creativity, emotional flow, facilitating change)

  • Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) — Upper abdomen, yellow: 528 Hz (personal power, transformation, often called the "love/miracle" frequency)

  • Heart Chakra (Anahata) — Chest center, green: 639 Hz (love, compassion, harmonious relationships)

  • Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) — Throat, blue: 741 Hz (communication, self-expression, intuition)

  • Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) — Forehead between eyes, indigo: 852 Hz (insight, spiritual awareness)

  • Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) — Top of head, violet/white: 963 Hz (enlightenment, connection to higher consciousness)

tree frequency

Many people listen to tones or music tuned to these frequencies during meditation to "tune" or balance the chakras. Other systems exist (e.g., based on musical notes like C for root or planetary tunings like 432 Hz overall), but the Solfeggio ones above are by far the most popular in modern chakra healing. Make a research and find the one you need.

This night I woke up again at around 3am and reached out to Mudra, my yoga teacher for advice. That was one of the lessons!!! I do not reach out to people when in need. I deal with everything alone since early age. I am a house key holder since the age of 5 years old. Life has taught me to get on with things alone. Do you remember the article 'On The Path Of Yoga' that I wrote a few weeks ago? When I returned to the age of 5. That is because at that age my grandad kicked out my dad and mum and me and my sister out of the home and we moved to another town. So I had to grew up very fast and became responsible for my sister, some of the house duties and myself. So reaching out for help or sharing is out of my habits. I was understood by Mudra straight away and she sent me two amazing recordings. One was a Nidra about the Chakras and the other a Shavasana relaxation. I will add the link on a later date when I find it on my YouTube library. The connection and reaching out was a massive step for me - out of my comfort zone. I am forever grateful to Mudra for her instant help and advice. I kept listening to the frequencies but the pain was not settling as it was Friday morning I decided to visit the GP surgery, as they are closed during the weekend and I did not want to end up in the emergency and in a hospital bed for the weekend as I was supposed to work. That morning I started crying from pain and woke up my husband asking him to give me a massage. I am a massage therapist since 2010 and I was guiding him where to start from and what pressure and movement to use. He performed a full body massage with a special blend of essential oils and carrier oils.

The lilac infusions

I am collecting herbs and plants and soaking them into rakiq (this is a home-made alcohol from grape, plum or apricot) or/and carrier oil like almond, grapeseed, walnut, sesame or similar. I had a rakiq infusion with lilac and the same infusion in almond oil from the spring that year. It was from local lilac bush. So, my husband massaged all my body with the rakiq & lilac infusion first and then we diluted essential oils ( 3 drops of each in 30 ml of carrier oil, 12 drops in total) - frankincense, vetiver, chamomile and ylang-ylang (I think) in the lilac & almond infusion, and he massaged all my body slowly and steady. A good one hour massage. Straight away it relaxed me. I went to the GP surgery and gave blood and then that evening I went out with the girls.

The Third Night

I went out with the girls as I know that this is a technique by itself. It is called the distraction technique. When one is not feeling well, one should perform something that will bring joy and happiness and will uplift one. It worked its magic in full. By the end of the evening I felt a lot better. And I did had a few drinks. About 3 if that matters to anyone. That evening I felt a lot better and I slept in my child room. I still struggled to find my position for a start laying down but it was a lot better this evening. I continued to listen to the frequencies and managed to fall asleep on them. I woke up at 6 am that morning a lot more rested and listened Mudra's recommendation. That day I went to work and I really felt tired due to the 3 sleepless nights but my colleagues cheered me up so much that I was fully cured by the end of the shift. That night I slept without an issues.

Now, I had to wait for the MRI scan and see the diagnose, so I can fully cure myself.

The scan was on the 31st of December 2024 and going there I felt super scared of the injection with the metal (I never got it, thankfully). While in the scan camera I imagined that this is a healing procedure for full rejuvenation of my body and at the same time I told myself that I never want to be in the hospital again on the 31st of December or at any other time. So something has to change!

I will share with you what changed in 2025 in the following articles. By then stay healthy and look after yourself.

Reflection

Today is the 03.01.2026 at 00:55 UK time. I will ask you to reflect on your health and the relationship with yourself in the time of reading this article and ask yourself:

sun reflection
  • Am I looking after myself and my body?

  • Am I connected with my body? Do I listen to its talk or do I ignore it?

  • Do I believe that I can heal myself? What if I can? How can I tap into that unlimited power? What else I can do when I connect with myself? How can I connect with myself? Who is myself? What am I made and build of? How am I compatible with the food that I eat, with the water that I drink, with the air I breathe???

  • Who made me think and feel? How I do that? Where my thoughts and feelings are coming from? Are they mine? Can I change them? What will happen if I do change them?

  • Do my friends, family, colleagues have the same thoughts and feelings? What about the people from Africa, or Asia, or India, or America or Europe? Do they think and feel the same? If they have different thoughts and feelings where are they coming from? Why are they different?

'Ask and it shall be answered.' Stay curious and open to learning. Love yourself and your pain and be grateful for everything you have and the things and people that are yet to come. Live that life to the full as it is yours and no one else will ever live your life.

This year we are starting the membership. I will share video and audio techniques there alongside some written content and we will have live meetings via Zoom. I am creating a few pre-recorded courses with yoga asanas, breathwork, meditation and philosophy/coaching questions and reflections for deeper self exploration. The courses will be for these of you who want a fast and self-paced solution. While the membership will be for those who like long and steady journeys with community support and depth.

Happy New 2026 Year everyone! Thank you for reading my crazy life stories. I hope that you are taking something out of them for yourself. Feel welcome to share the articles far and wide. I wish you a lot of health, a big chunky wealth and lots and lots of love ❤️
