The Many Names of One Soul's Awakening
What Is A Shaman?
A shaman is not a title you earn through status — it’s a role, a calling, and in many traditions, an energetic function within a community or within the unseen world.
Here’s the simplest, clearest explanation:
A Shaman Is…

A bridge between the seen and unseen worlds
A shaman communicates with energies, spirits, nature, ancestors, and subtle realms that most people don’t consciously perceive.
They move between dimensions to bring back insight, healing, and alignment.
A healer who works through energy, intuition, and spirit
They don’t just address symptoms — they work with the root, the soul, the energy field.
Traditionally they heal through:
sound
rhythm and drumming
movement
breath
trance
nature
spirit guidance
Someone chosen by experience — not by status
In many cultures, shamans are not appointed.
They are “called” through:
visions
powerful body sensations
near-death experiences
dreams
sudden awakenings
spontaneous full-body remembrance
intuitive knowing
The call is often unexpected, intense, or mystical.

A person who remembers ancient knowledge
You don’t learn to be a shaman — you remember.
The wisdom is already inside; it wakes up.
This is why my experience makes perfect sense:
the energy
the full-body electricity
the trance movement
the word spoken aloud
the Full Moon
the OSHO meditation
the sudden knowing
This is the classic pattern of shamanic remembrance.
Not always someone with a formal lineage
Many modern shamans have no teacher or tribe in this lifetime.
Their initiation happens internally, energetically, through their own awakening.
This is known as:
spontaneous initiation
soul remembrance
ancestral activation
shamanic recall
And it’s completely valid.
A guide and protector of energy
Shamans help:
shift weather
move energy
clear blocks
protect space
connect with nature
help souls heal
guide transformation
Not because they “try” — but because their energy naturally interacts with the fabric of reality.
The modern, grounded definition:
A shaman is someone who works with intuition, energy, and spirit to help themselves and others heal, transform, and remember who they truly are.
What Is A Chakaruna?

Chakaruna is a beautiful Andean (Inca/Quechua) concept — one that aligns very strongly with what I naturally do.
Here’s the clearest explanation:
“Chakaruna” literally means Bridge Person
In the Quechua language:
Chaka = bridge
Runa = person / human
A Chakaruna is someone who serves as a bridge between:
the physical and spiritual worlds
humans and nature
mind and heart
energy and matter
the visible and invisible
They are connectors of worlds.
A Chakaruna transmits energy, healing, and understanding
They help people access:
intuition
wisdom
emotional clarity
spiritual insight
alignment
healing
A Chakaruna does not force — they guide by presence, energy, and frequency.
They are translators of spiritual truth into human understanding.
They are known as “walkers between worlds”
Not in a dramatic or supernatural sense — but because they naturally live in both:
the energetic
the material
the intuitive
the practical
They can sense subtle energy, and at the same time help people ground it into real-life transformation.

They awaken remembrance in others
This is one of their primary roles.
A Chakaruna:
activates people
helps them reconnect to their soul
reminds them of who they are
brings light into dark spaces
opens paths of healing
They are catalysts — not gurus.
A Chakaruna is chosen by energy, not by ceremony
Just like shamans, many Chakarunas are not initiated through formal rituals in this lifetime.
Their initiation happens through:
awakenings
deep feelings of knowing
energetic activations
intuitive downloads
moments of remembrance
spontaneous gifts
My personal story from the Full Moon aligns with this.
In simple terms:
A Chakaruna is a bridge — an intuitive, heart-centered guide who helps others reconnect with their energy, healing, and inner truth.
How it differs from a Shaman
A Shaman works deeply with spirit realms, healing, and energy movement.
A Chakaruna works as a bridge between worlds and helps activate others.
You can be both, or neither, or something entirely unique — because these are vibrational functions, not identities.
What Is A Star Seed?

A Starseed is a soul believed to originate from a higher-dimensional realm, star system, or cosmic lineage rather than solely from Earth.
Starseeds carry:
ancient wisdom
heightened intuition
sensitivity to energy
a sense of “not belonging”
a deep pull toward purpose, healing, or service
They often feel:
Earth is not their original home
called to uplift humanity
connected to the cosmos, stars, or unseen realms
guided by intuition rather than logic
different since childhood
awakened through sudden remembering
A Starseed is not about being “better”—it’s about having a different frequency.
They come to Earth to anchor light, heal, activate, and elevate consciousness.
Many Starseeds awaken through:
visions
energetic activations
breathwork
meditation
cosmic dreams
shamanic remembrance
spontaneous intuitive knowing
You may wonder why I wrote about star seeds??? It is simple, along the way I found out that I am a star seed from Andromeda - one of the oldest and most advance galaxies with 12 dimensional frequency. Andromedan starseeds are said to come from the Andromeda constellation and are described as - highly intuitive, freedom-oriented, emotionally deep, drawn to truth, justice, and cosmic understanding. I will share that story in a future article as it is a very fascinating one. Here is a bit of information on Andromedan Starseeds:
Andromedan Starseeds — Who Are They?
In starseed cosmology, Andromedans are considered some of the most advanced, wise, and evolved beings in the universe. Their energy is associated with freedom, expansion, higher truth, cosmic intelligence, and a deep desire to liberate themselves and others from limiting beliefs.
Are Andromedan starseeds 12-dimensional?

Different spiritual traditions describe Andromedans as existing anywhere from 7D to 12D or even beyond.
The most common interpretation is:
7D–9D → Their primary energetic consciousness
12D → Their highest collective oversoul state
So yes — in many teachings, the Andromedan collective consciousness is considered 12D, but when incarnating on Earth, their soul operates in 3D/4D/5D, just like all humans.
The higher-dimensional “home frequency” is what influences their intuition, perception, and sensitivity.
How are they considered “more advanced”?
Not “better” — but more expanded in certain energetic capacities.
Here are the traits most commonly attributed to Andromedan starseeds:
Advanced Energetic Technology
They are believed to come from a civilization that mastered light technology, telepathy, quantum communication, and timeline work.
Deep Understanding of Universal Laws
Their consciousness is said to naturally align with:
the Law of One
unity consciousness
non-attachment
the blueprint of freedom
Highly Evolved Emotional Intelligence
They read energy, patterns, and intentions with precision.
Many feel like “detectives of the soul.”
Multi-dimensional awareness
They intuitively understand:
timelines
soul contracts
energetic grids
cosmic cycles
karmic patterns
without being taught.
Mission-Oriented Souls
Andromedans often incarnate on Earth to:
break systems of illusion
restructure outdated belief patterns
heal ancestral cycles
liberate people from fear
awaken collective consciousness
Their presence alone often activates others.
Common Traits of Andromedan Starseeds on Earth

You may resonate with these traits if you feel connected to Andromeda (try the mini meditation down below):
Deep inner wisdom without knowing “how” you know
Strong desire for freedom (emotional, mental, societal)
Feeling “different” or “foreign” to Earth from a young age
Drawn to the stars, astronomy, or metaphysics
Highly sensitive to inauthenticity
Natural rebels against manipulation or control
Ability to see the bigger picture instantly
Interest in technology + spirituality together
Love for travel, movement, and exploration
Highly empathetic but also independent
It is believed that there are only 800 000 Andromeda starseeds on Earth. Which makes them very rare and potent. There is no scientifically measurable number, but within spiritual, metaphysical, and starseed communities, there are widely shared estimates based on collective intuition, channeling, and energy readings.
Here is the clearest and most commonly accepted explanation:
How Many Andromedan Starseeds Are on Earth Today?
Spiritual teachers, channelers, and starseed researchers generally estimate:
Between 800,000 and 2 million Andromedan starseeds are incarnated on Earth right now.
Some sources say fewer (around 500,000), others say more (up to 4 million), but most align around the 1–2 million range.
Why the range?
Because starseeds are identified by frequency, not by physical markers.
And Andromedan souls are:
extremely independent
highly evolved
less likely to incarnate unless needed
selective about Earth missions
They’re not as common as Pleiadian or Arcturian starseeds, which are believed to be the most numerous.
Why So Many Are Incarnating Now
According to the starseed framework, the last 50 years have seen an increase because Earth entered:
a higher frequency cycle
rapid technological development
a collapse of outdated systems
collective awakening
major timeline shifts
Andromedans often come specifically during periods of societal restructuring, because their consciousness carries:
higher truth
freedom
inner sovereignty
multidimensional awareness
restructuring energy
cosmic intelligence
They help humanity break out of limiting beliefs, control systems, and old patterns.
And now here is a gift for you - a Mini Regression Journey to help you sense your soul origin.
Mini Starseed Regression Journey
This is a gentle, intuitive exploration. Take your time. Read slowly.
Read the steps, close your eyes, and let the imagery arise.

1. Center
Take one slow breath in…
and exhale…
Feel your body soften.
2. Step Into the Light
Imagine a soft white light appearing above your head.
It feels safe, warm, familiar.
Let it slowly descend and surround your whole body.
Feel held.
3. Call the Memory
Say (in your mind):
“Show me the origin of my soul.”
You’re not forcing anything — just allowing.
4. The First Image
Now ask:
“Where have I felt home before?”
Notice the very first thing that appears:
A color
A star or cluster
A planet-like environment
A feeling
A sound
A light
Or simply an intuition
Anything is valid — even if it feels symbolic.
5. The Presence

Now ask:
“Who or what greets me here?”
You may sense:
A being
A guide
A presence
A familiar energy
Let the feeling come.
You don’t need to see, or hear— sensing is enough.
6. The Message
Ask:
“What is one message my soul wants me to know right now?”
Listen.
It could be a word…
a sentence…
a soft knowing…
a shift in your body…
a feeling of comfort…
or even just peace.
7. When You're Ready
Open your eyes slowly.
You can journal or share with me in the chat/message box:
what you saw or felt
the message you received
or simply whether something resonated
