The Concept
The Concept
The Concept about Radka & Life is based on an ancient knowledge and Radka's perception and journey through life. Radka believes that the soul purpose and mission are intertwined into the human name.

Hello dear reader. I do believe that each of you has a code hidden into your name and that only you have the power to decode it. Your name is not casual. It carries the soul purpose and mission during this lifetime. R.A.D.K.A. is a system for decoding your hidden code. I found out the system while exploring myself on my inner journey. Each Radka has a different purpose and each can decode their own. The same is with you.
The soul is something that is reborn again and again under different shape, gender, animal, plant or being in different times, planets and dimensions. The soul makes a contract with a council of higher beings (beings with higher frequency that may include angels, archangels, light beings and even God/Devil). Once the soul chooses the planet, the land, the language, the culture, the religion, the family, the lineage and the karma of it all it is reborn. The Soul carries its own karma and history from previous journeys. When the conception happens, something like a download happens from the crown chakra to the root chakra of the being. All the chakras are formed and a download of information happens from the crown to the root chakra. When one dies all the information uploads from root to crown and is carried forward. The information is downloaded through the chakras and carried from the body. This is why very often we say 'The body remembers', as it does. This is why some people are born with birth marks. As they are formed based on previous life experience in the specific area. We have 7 to 14 major bodies. The 5 senses are connected with the physical body predominantly but affect the other layers or bodies. We have 2 more senses - telepathy and sixth sense. They can be enhanced through training and are more connected with the subtle bodies. The first 4 bodies are formed in this lifetime. The fourth body acts as a bridge and the rest are carried from previous lives. Everyone can access this information through meditation and inner exploration. There are books on this topic as well. The chakras are of a significant importance as they are mentioned in every single teaching like the Vedas, Yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, Taoism, Buddhism, Sufism and beyond. The only thing that is different is the number in the chakras, the colours and some of the geometrical shapes and elements in them. The chakras are based in the second Kosha layer or the Energy body/layer. The energy goes through them. They are like vortexes that rotate with different speed, direction and vibrate on different frequency. Even though they are energetic and invisible they are connected to the physical functions of the body and all body systems. So, this year as an opening I decided to start with them. We will be on them for around an year. All the classes in the membership and the social posts will be connected with them and I will share my life experiences looked through the chakra lenses.

Let's come back to the Radka & Life concept. The logo used to be a golden tree as I always felt as a tree. Someone who connects the earth and underearth and the sky and at the same time bringing stability, fruits, shelter and knowledge. Since early age I am being called 'the informational bureau' and for a reason. Before the golden tree logo I had a laying human on a pillow of spiral, like moving energy vortex. The spiral is an integrated part of me. An extension of me. I am like a ball of energy that sometimes feel like a tornado inside. My thoughts and feelings are like that as well and my whole life is moving into spiral motion. The new logo is designed in that way as life itself is moving into spiral motion. This is how we evolve, not linear and in a spiral way. The logo combines the Earth and the Sky, the Sun and the Moon, The big Eye and at the same time the 4 directions, the centre (aka the Self), the four seasons, the 5 elements and the five Koshas. The logo and the concept has intertwined inside of them Shamanism, Yoga and You - your essence, the true self.
My aim is to pass down all my knowledge through this website, blog and programs, membership, books and everything I create and design. I have passion for education - everything around health - physical through nature, food, herbs, movement, dance; mental and emotional through conversation, coaching, breathwork, meditation, painting, dancing, creative expression in any possible way, sound; spiritual and energetic through different yogic and other ancient techniques that works on the subtle bodies and through philosophy and education, storytelling and sharing my and others personal experiences.
The blog itself goes in cycles of five as it follows the rule of the four directions and the centre = five, like in Shamanism and the five Koshas, the five elements. The first realm is the physical in all systems and educations and we always start with it. It is connected with the Spring, the beginning, the body, the food, the East. In that part I will always share my knowledge around nature, herbs, plants, ect. The second is the emotional, the Summer, the South, love and here lives all the emotional stories. Third is the mental realm, the mind, the money, the West, the Autumn and here I share stories about the mind and the mental space. The fourth direction is the spiritual, the North, the Winter, the ancient one and here can come a story about wisdom, knowledge or anything out of the ordinary and out of the known physical limitation. And the fifth direction is the centre - all about the Self.
Let's see how all of that weave together—and it actually mirrors the very essence of yoga itself: integration. You will see in the following lines how I perceive yoga and how I am trying to pass it down the line.
The Interconnected Intelligence of Yoga: A Journey Through Body, Energy, and Consciousness

Yoga is often misunderstood as a physical practice—a sequence of postures designed to improve flexibility or strength. In its true essence, yoga is a sophisticated and deeply interconnected system of understanding life itself. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning “to unite” or “to yoke.” It is the science of connection—between body, mind, energy, and consciousness.
At its core, yoga teaches that the human being is not a single-layered entity, but a multidimensional system operating through various interconnected structures. These include the five elements (Mahabhutas), the three Doshas, the five Koshas, the network of Nadis (energy channels), and the Chakras—all functioning simultaneously within us.
Let’s walk through this system as one unified field rather than separate concepts.
The Foundation: The Five Elements (Mahabhutas)
Everything in existence—including the human body—is composed of five fundamental elements:
Earth (Prithvi) – structure, stability, physical form
Water (Apas) – fluidity, cohesion, emotion
Fire (Agni) – transformation, metabolism, willpower
Air (Vayu) – movement, breath, communication
Ether (Akasha) – space, expansion, consciousness
These elements are not just physical substances—they are principles of existence. Within us, they shape both our physiology and psychology.
From Elements to Doshas: The Functional Forces
In Ayurveda, these five elements combine to form the three Doshas, which govern all biological and psychological processes:
Vata (Air + Ether) – movement, nervous system, creativity
Pitta (Fire + Water) – digestion, transformation, intellect
Kapha (Earth + Water) – structure, stability, emotional grounding
Each individual has a unique balance of these Doshas. When balanced, they support health and clarity. When imbalanced, they manifest as physical discomfort, emotional instability, or mental disturbances.
The Five Koshas: Layers of Human Existence
Yoga describes the human being as composed of five energetic layers, or Koshas, moving from dense to subtle:
Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body)
The tangible body made of food and matter—directly influenced by the Earth element and Kapha energy.Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body)
The life-force body where Prana flows through the Nadis. This layer connects breath, vitality, and the movement of Vata.Manomaya Kosha (Mental/Emotional Body)
The seat of thoughts, emotions, and sensory processing—strongly influenced by both Vata and Kapha.Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom/Intellect Body)
The layer of discernment, intuition, and higher understanding—linked with the clarity of Pitta.Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Body)
The most subtle layer—pure presence, connection, and inner peace beyond mental fluctuations.
These layers are not separate—they interpenetrate one another. A shift in one layer affects all others.
The Nadis: The Subtle Energy Network

Within the Pranamaya Kosha exists a vast network of approximately 72,000 Nadis—channels through which life force energy flows.
Among these, three are considered primary:
Ida Nadi – lunar, cooling, feminine energy (left side)
Pingala Nadi – solar, heating, masculine energy (right side)
Sushumna Nadi – central channel, the path of spiritual awakening
When Ida and Pingala are balanced, energy enters Sushumna, allowing higher states of awareness and alignment to emerge.
The Chakras: Energy Centers of Transformation
Along the spine, aligned with the Sushumna Nadi, are the seven major Chakras—energy centers that act as bridges between the physical and subtle bodies:
Root (Muladhara) – survival, safety, physical grounding
Sacral (Svadhisthana) – emotions, creativity, relationships
Solar Plexus (Manipura) – power, identity, will
Heart (Anahata) – love, compassion, connection
Throat (Vishuddha) – communication, expression
Third Eye (Ajna) – intuition, perception
Crown (Sahasrara) – unity, consciousness, spiritual connection
Each chakra is connected to specific organs, emotions, mental patterns, and aspects of consciousness. When energy flows freely, these centres function harmoniously. When blocked or overactive, imbalances appear—physically, emotionally, or mentally.
The Seven Bodies: Expanding Beyond the Physical
Beyond the five Koshas, many yogic and spiritual traditions describe seven bodies, each corresponding to a level of existence and a chakra:
Physical Body – Root Chakra
Etheric/Energy Body – Sacral Chakra
Emotional/Astral Body – Solar Plexus Chakra
Mental Body – Heart Chakra
Higher Mental Body – Throat Chakra
Intuitive Body – Third Eye Chakra
Spiritual/Causal Body – Crown Chakra
These bodies are not separate—they are layers of perception and experience, each vibrating at different frequencies, yet continuously interacting. You can meet them under different names in the different systems.
The Flow of Energy: A Living System

At every moment, energy moves through:
The elements, shaping your physical and emotional state
The Doshas, regulating your biological functions
The Koshas, expressing your layers of being
The Nadis, distributing life force
The Chakras, transforming and integrating energy
This is not a static system—it is dynamic, responsive, and constantly adapting.
The Greater Pattern: Unity, Cycles, and Universal Intelligence
What yoga ultimately reveals is that the human system is not separate from the universe—it is a reflection of it.
The same principles that govern nature—cycles, rhythms, polarity, balance—exist within us.
Expansion and contraction
Activation and rest
Light and shadow
Creation, preservation, transformation
These mirror what are often referred to as universal laws—patterns that operate across all levels of existence.
In this sense, the body is not random. It is designed according to blueprints of intelligence—structured yet fluid, individual yet universal.
Integration: The Symphony Within
When all these systems are in harmony:
The elements are balanced
The Doshas function optimally
The Koshas are aligned
The Nadis are open
The Chakras are regulated
Energy flows through Sushumna
The result is not just physical health—but coherence across body, mind, and consciousness.
This is yoga.
Not a practice you do, but a state you enter.
A continuous synchronisation happening within you—across time, space, and awareness.
What Yoga is shortly?
You are not just a body.
You are not just a mind.
You are a multidimensional system of intelligence, energy, and consciousness—constantly communicating, adjusting, and evolving.
Yoga is simply the remembering of that connection.
Now, we are going to explore how yoga, shamanism and all Radka's tools and skills are seamlessly wove into Radka & Life framework as a philosophy.
Radka & Life: The Living Bridge Between Ancient Wisdom and Modern Transformation
Yoga gives us the map of the human system.
Radka & Life gives us the path to walk it in real life.
Where yoga explains what we are, Radka & Life activates how we live it.
At its essence, Radka & Life is not separate from yogic science—it is a modern, embodied expression of the same universal intelligence, translated into a structured, cyclical journey of transformation.
The Five Directions of Life as a Living Mandala

Radka's framework aligns naturally with the deeper architecture of yoga and the rhythms of nature. The five directions—Love, Money, Spirituality, Health, and Integration (or Life as a whole)—mirror the movement of energy through the Koshas, Chakras, elements, and life itself.
Each direction is not just a life category—it is a gateway into a layer of the self.
1. Love (Emotional / Relational Field)
Season: Summer
Elemental influence: Water + Air
Primary Kosha: Manomaya (mental-emotional body)
Chakras: Heart, Sacral
This is the space of connection, intimacy, and emotional flow. Here, we meet ourselves through others. Imbalances in this direction often show up as emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or attachment patterns.
Through yoga, this layer is refined by working with breath, awareness, and emotional regulation—bringing harmony into relationships and the inner world.
2. Money (Mental / Purpose / Expression)
Season: Autumn
Elemental influence: Fire + Air
Primary Kosha: Vijnanamaya (wisdom/intellect body)
Chakras: Solar Plexus, Throat
Money here is not just financial—it represents value, purpose, direction, and expression in the world. It is how inner potential becomes outer reality.
When this area is out of balance, it manifests as confusion, lack of direction, burnout, or scarcity patterns.
Balancing this layer means aligning willpower (fire) with clarity and truth (air), allowing purposeful action to emerge.
3. Spirituality (Connection to Source / Higher Awareness)
Season: Winter
Elemental influence: Ether
Primary Kosha: Anandamaya (bliss body)
Chakras: Third Eye, Crown
This is the space of stillness, surrender, and connection to something greater than the individual self.
Here, the energy naturally moves through Sushumna Nadi, where duality dissolves and unity is experienced.
Imbalance in this direction may feel like emptiness, disconnection, or over-escaping reality. True balance creates deep trust, presence, and inner peace.
4. Health (Physical & Energetic Foundation)
Season: Spring
Elemental influence: Earth + Water
Primary Kosha: Annamaya (physical body) + Pranamaya (energy body)
Chakras: Root
This is the grounding layer—the body as the vessel of all experience.
Here we work with:
The Doshas (balance of the elements)
The Nadis (flow of energy)
The nervous system and physical vitality
When this direction is stable, it supports everything else. When neglected, all other layers struggle to function.
5. Integration (The Whole Self / Life Alignment)
Season: The space between seasons (transitions)
Elemental influence: All elements in harmony
Primary Kosha: All Koshas unified
Chakras: Full system alignment
This is where I lead each soul to go and my work becomes truly unique here. This is my space.
Integration is the living embodiment of yoga—when all layers communicate, when energy flows freely through Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna, when the inner and outer worlds are aligned.
This is not a fixed state—it is a continuous process of recalibration.
The Deeper Connection: Cycles, Patterns, and Universal Laws

What makes Radka & Life powerful is that it doesn’t treat transformation as linear—it reflects the cyclical nature of existence.
Just like:
The seasons change
The breath flows in and out
Energy rises and falls through the Chakras
Radka's system follows the same universal patterns.
This aligns with fundamental principles often described as universal laws:
Rhythm: everything moves in cycles
Correspondence: inner world reflects the outer world
Polarity: every experience contains its opposite
Cause and Effect: every shift creates a ripple
These are not abstract ideas—they are lived realities within the body.
The Human Being as a Blueprint of the Universe
Through both yoga and Radka & Life, we begin to see:
The 5 elements shape our physical and emotional nature
The 3 Doshas regulate our biological expression
The 5 Koshas define our layers of experience
The 72,000 Nadis distribute life force
The Chakras transform and translate energy
The 7 bodies expand our perception of reality
And Radka's 5 directions give us a practical way to navigate all of it.
Final Integration: Living in Synchronisation

At every moment, all systems are active:
Energy flows through the Nadis
Chakras respond to thoughts and emotions
Doshas shift with lifestyle and environment
Koshas interact continuously
The elements reorganise within us
And simultaneously, we are moving through:
Love
Purpose
Health
Spiritual connection
Integration
This is not separate.
This is one system.
Closing Reflection
Radka & Life becomes the bridge—
between ancient wisdom and modern living,
between knowledge and embodiment,
between potential and lived reality.
It translates the complexity of yoga into something people can experience, navigate, and transform through.
Because ultimately, everything—
the body, the energy, the emotions, the mind, the soul—
is already connected.
My work simply helps people remember how to live in that connection. A booklet with expanded information is coming out soon.
