Preparation
You’ll need:
1–3 soaked almonds (peeled, if possible)
A quiet space
Optional: a candle or soft golden light
Sit comfortably with the almonds in your hand.

The Meditation
1. Grounding Into the Body
Close your eyes.
Take a slow, deep breath in… and a soft, warm breath out.
Feel your body settling.
Imagine your energy roots descending from the base of your spine, reaching into the Earth, anchoring you in warmth, safety, and stability.
You are here. You are held.
2. Holding the Almonds as Seeds of Potential
Bring the almonds into your palm.
Feel their small weight, their smooth texture.
Whisper internally:
“These are seeds of life.
These are seeds of abundance.
These are seeds of awakening.”

3. Awakening Higher Consciousness
Visualize a soft golden light above your head—like the first morning sun touching the crown chakra.
