Welcome
Welcome to mine sacred space - my life!
May the stories of this blog inspire you, motivate you, empower you and help you find the path to you. May it be an example of a life well lived though experiencing life at its wholeness.

As a welcoming story I am going to share a recent conversation with one of my followers. Most of the stories if not all in this space will be based on real lived life experiences.
It was the 27th of October 2025 and I announced on the socials that the 'Harvest' is here and I am starting to share my knowledge with all of you and we will start with the Pumpkin.
And straight after this announcement I received a private message and a conversation rippled out:
'F - Hey Radka,
I really enjoyed your "Harvest" post. What a beautiful way to describe this next chapter of sharing what you've learned. It's refreshing to see someone approaching teaching with both joy and generosity. And I love that you are starting with pumpkins, such a simple symbol yet full of meaning this time of year. What made you choose that theme first?
Me - That is a great question. Thanks for asking me!
Every year the week before Halloween day my kids have a holiday. And every year I do indulge in joy of cooking with them and carving the pumpkins. Most UK families will only carve the pumpkins and then throw them, while I make the effort to take the internal part and cook a soup and my favourite dessert - pumpkin pastry (similar to baklava but with added pumpkin and super delicious). I use the seeds for cleansing the digestive track. Some we eat raw with the skin and others we bake as a snack. Pumpkin and the lighted candle in it on Halloween remind me of Harvest, Autumn, Grandparents and the celebration itself is a respect to the one who were here before us and who crossed on the other side but their imprint is still here thanks to the sharing they did. They passed and left their knowledge to us and now is our turn to pass it forward, so the wheel of life can move forward.
Thank you so much for asking me and inviting me to reflect deeper on that question. I hope you to enjoy the daily posts I have prepared. The blog and the membership are starting out this week as well.
F - That's such a meaningful tradition, Radka. It's clear there's depth and intention behind everything you create. As you launch your blog and membership, what do you hope people take away from engaging with your work?

Me - It's around health, love, family and self realization and self liberation.
The membership will have different topics/teachings of partner or child massage; herbs and plants and how to use them in cooking, beauty and maintaining health; meditations; yoga asanas; breathwork; books and some live sessions with me as sharing circles.
F - That sounds beautiful, Radka. You’re really creating a space that blends wisdom and practicality in everyday life. What inspired you to bring all those elements together into one membership?
Me - Life itself. It is a mini representation of living life doesn't matter what. Most people see difficulties or turmoil in diseases, or different financial situations or even in relationship with others, parents or colleagues. And some refuse to turn to God or do not believe in the invisible 'other side'.
If one only changes the way one sees life, life will change.
The membership is sort of a different perspective. Just a Way of Living Life to The Fullest Does Not Matter What.
F - That’s a powerful perspective, Radka. You’re really helping people find peace and meaning beyond their circumstances. When people start engaging with your work, what’s the first shift you hope they experience in how they see life?
Me - It is very individual. Depends from each person's level of consciousness. I know one for sure. One insight or understanding leads to different direction/action/choice and it can create a ripple effect. Here I will ask if I may:
What is attracting you to me and my content? What about to interact through communication with me?
F - Good question, Radka. Honestly, it’s the way you speak about life. It feels real and lived, not theoretical. You have a calm depth in your words that makes people want to slow down and actually reflect.
Me - Thank you ever so much! This is exactly the point I want to be achieved and felt. As once one slow down and reflect the real magic unfolds. Inside of us is everything we need - great health, unconditional love, abundance and the blue print that we can draw/extract to us externally - peace, freedom and happiness.
If one only stops for a moment each day and connect with the center within everything will flow like a beautiful river or will bloom like a flower.

F - That’s beautifully said, Radka. You capture the essence of stillness so well. When people begin practicing that daily pause, what usually helps them stay consistent with it?
Me - I would say an inner calling or inner knowing that they should keep going. It just feels good and right.
F - That’s true, Radka. When something feels right at that level, it naturally becomes part of daily life. Do you find most people recognize that inner knowing quickly, or does it take time to build that trust within themselves?
Me - It takes time. As the old or the daily existent habit is holding one back. It took time with me too. But I committed to inconsistent actions - only from time to time. And at one moment the new become stronger than the old and become constant.
F -That’s a great way to describe it, Radka. Real change usually builds that way slowly, then all at once. When that consistency finally takes root, what kind of inner peace or stability do people tend to notice first?
Me - I would actually say that the first step is to open curiosity and to stay open to that new experience, then consistency and determination slowly build in.
When that new habit roots in, it is very individual. I would say before any peace or stability to be felt there is another stage of dismantling - fear, doubt, beliefs, habits, judgment, culture, religion, family values and then inner build ups. Then we get to soul level and one meet the soul journey samskaras (imprints/habits) and see the law of karma somehow in action but with understanding. As well the time and space perception change. It feels like one is in a vortex. And finally a peace appear. And that peace is constantly challenged. So that one can prove or show to themselves that a perception has changed and now he stands at a different view point.

F - That’s a profound perspective, Radka. You’ve captured the depth of real transformation beautifully how peace often comes only after the dismantling. When people reach that stage of understanding and peace, what usually shifts most in how they move through everyday life?
Me - Yes. The life itself becomes blessing rather than a struggle and every challenge that one face is not perceived as challenge anymore and as an opportunity or stepping stone to a progression/elevation or betterment of the self and the entire world.
F - That’s a powerful way to live, Radka. What helped you reach that level of perspective where challenges feel more like stepping stones than setbacks?
Me - The entire process of transformation. During it one change the most the perception or how one sees and experiences reality, time and space. It impacts the emotions and mindset. That is one of the biggest side results.
For example, I did a clean anti-inflammatory eating diet 6 months ago. As a side effect I lost 12 kg. But the biggest benefit and aim was the cleanse and the natural healing of the body through food. It was achieved.
The same is with what I want my followers or clients to experience - inner alignment, connection while feeling free and liberated and in peace, and on the way to achieving that they reap amazing side effects on emotional, mental and physical level.
Just that I offer them different tools like yoga asanas, breathwork, meditation, coaching, massage, herbs, plants, food and similar. All of these are the tools. They are variable as each of us is different and needs different tool to get to the end destination/aim."
Welcome, everyone! Let's the journey begin......
