As the year comes to a close, you’re invited to pause, exhale, and turn inward.
Reflect & Release is a guided inner exploration designed to help you integrate the lessons, emotions, and experiences of 2025 — so you can step into the new year clear, centered, and renewed.
This is not about forcing closure or making lists of achievements.
It’s about returning to your inner truth — understanding how your perceptions, beliefs, and emotions shaped your year, and lovingly letting go of what no longer belongs in your energetic field.

Identify the emotional and mental patterns that shaped your journey

🌠 What Is a Session with Supernova Like?
A session with Radka is not a masterclass, webinar, or lecture.
It’s an experiential space — an invitation to explore your own inner world.
Here, you won’t be asked to simply listen — you’ll be invited to feel, reflect, and uncover.
Through guided questioning, dialogue, and awareness work, layers begin to soften and fall away.
Rather than gaining more information, you’ll experience liberation — the gentle unveiling of what’s already within you.
Each participant becomes part of an intimate, co-creative field where authentic insight and transformation naturally arise.

Cold Moon Shamanic Circle: A Ceremony of Release & Rebirth
As the last Full Moon of the year rises — the Cold Moon — we gather in sacred sisterhood (and brotherhood of the heart) to honor what has been and release what no longer serves.
This is the night when the Earth exhales.
A night to pause, reflect, and soften into the quiet wisdom of winter.
We come together to close the circle of the year with intention and tenderness —
to lay down the heaviness, the stories, and the fears we’ve carried…
and make space for the light that is longing to be born within us.
During this 2-hour sacred journey, you’ll experience:
🌙 Reflection Ritual — gentle guided contemplation of your year, acknowledging lessons, blessings, and growth.
🔥 Release Ceremony — write down and burn all limiting beliefs and emotional weights, transmuting them into light.

Radka is available for her local community at Skipton, North Yorkshire, UK. At a local well-being Yoga and Pilates studio, called Polyworks on a weekly basis. She is available there for treatments (only Tuesdays with prior booking) and she is holding monthly in person circles . Check the location page to book a session directly at Polyworks with her.
She offers mobile services as well and is available for bookings on retreats, parties, private clients and couples across the UK and abroad. She collaborates with specific holiday lets that offers exclusivity and privacy. Check the Location page on the site to book your desired unique session at a stunning location around the nature.
Radka offers her time for individuals and for B2B clients. She has an extensive experience with a big range of clientele - from local clinics and spa centers, to care homes, school teams, business staff training days, mums and baby groups, charity events to celebrities and movie crews across the globe. Her prices are variable across the different locations.
